YUGA-DHARMA NAMA-SANKIRTANA
RESURGENCE
COALITION
(YRC)
The Yuga-dharma nama-sankirtana Resurgence Coalition is an
important project which personally got initiated by Sripad
Aindra Prabhu a few years back. He envisioned an international
action network of devotees seriously dedicated to the
restoration of the Kali-yuga-dharma
hari-nama-sankirtana to its proper place of dignity in the
forefront of devotional communities world-wide.

The following are the ten objectives Sripad Aindra Prabhu set for
the YRC:
1. To rectify the philosophical aberrations leading to the
marginalization of
hari-nama-sankirtana
in contemporary
Gaudiya
Vaishnava society.
2. To prioritize the daily propagation of
nama-sankirtana-yajna in the managerial mindset of
Gaudiya
Vaishnava leadership.
3. To encourage grass-roots
nama-sankirtana resurgence whenever and wherever
institutional management fails to facilitate or support the
propagation of
nama-sankirtana.
4. To encourage the world-wide establishment of local
nama-sankirtana core
groups both within and beyond the managerial jurisdictions of
various temples and institutions.
5. To, by serious world-wide propagation of the all-powerful Holy
Name through the medium of mass
hari-nama-sankirtana,
forcefully augment the piety of the populous in order to
effectively dismantle the global dominance of heartless, demonic
Kali-yuga corporatist governments and bring sanity to the social order.
6. To offer short-term/long-term
nama-sankirtana experience and training opportunities for serious
pure-devotional candidates at the Krishna Balarama Mandir,
Vrindavan, India (24 hr. kirtana ashrama facilities for men
only). Programs of a similar nature at other venues worldwide
encouraged.
7. To host a world-wide-web network newsletter as a communication
forum explicitly for inspiration, siddhantic edification, and
discussion among dedicated
hari-nama-sankirtana devotees.
8. To, via extended indoor and outdoor performances of
hari-nama-sankirtana,
help instill into the hearts of the general mass of devotees a
solid experiential faith in the
yuga-dharma, in an
attempt to revitalize the Krishna consciousness movement.
9. To help sincere devotees transcend mundane affinity, get
suddha-nama-ruchi, and
relish the immortal nectar for which every soul is always
anxious.
10. To help sincere devotees attain life’s ultimate goal
(unalloyed love for Krishna) and go back home, back to Godhead
in this very life.
************************************************************************************
Devotional history has shown that the visions and desires of pure
devotees eventually become true. It's just a question of making
ourselves available as an instrument in their service, for if we
don't do it, someone else will certainly do it and will receive
the blessings of these eternally perfected souls.
This coalition is very practical (as Aindra Prabhu himself was) –
if your desire is big enough, you can start with it today, maybe
even single-handedly.
At this point, there are various groups of devotees (e.g. in
London, Czech Republic, Russia, etc.) who have practically
imbibed many of the above-mentioned points by Aindra Prabhu.
However, we still haven't quite gotten to the point of linking
these various groups with each other by creating a platform on
which the devotees could possibly exchange their experiences,
“spiritual successes”, struggles, inspirations, etc. (see point
#7 above).
So if anyone feels inspired from the heart to
help put Aindra Prabhu's vision into reality, please don't
hesitate to step forward. Thank you!
